Kimberly Lopez, APN

After graduating from Methodist College of Nursing with her Bachelor’s in Nursing in 2010, Kimberly Lopez began her nursing career as a registered nurse at Saint Francis Medical Center’s Level 1 Trauma Center and Emergency Department. In 2012, She started in the FNP program at OSF College of Nursing completing her Master’s in Nursing in May 2016. Kimberly is currently certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner with an impressive background in pain management, treatment of headache disorders, and critical care.

She is a member of the Illinois Society of Advanced Practice Nursing, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Headache Society and American Society of International Pain. 

In her spare time, she has been involved in several medical mission trips, including those to the Philippines, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic where she was able to reach out and help underprivileged adults and children. Her other interests include volunteering for community events, outdoor activities, education, caring for her 4 dogs and spending time with family and friends.
